David Harbord recently gave the keynote address on mobile network competition and bill-and-keep at the 10th Annual Telecommunications and ICT Summit in Auckland, New Zealand. Press coverage of the presentation can be found here.
He has since given similar presentations to the Communications Group of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in Sydney, and to the ICC's Economic Regulation Master Class in Bath, England.
